白拟乳癖汤治疗乳腺增生50例

Clinical Observation on 50 Cases Hyperplasis of Mammary Glands Treated with Self-made RuPi Decoction

目的观察乳癖汤治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效。方法将100例乳腺增生患者随机分为2组各50例，治疗组采用乳癖汤加减治疗；对照组乳宁片治疗，二组均治疗3个月为1个疗程，治疗结束后观察临床疗效，主要症状、体征改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96％、对照组为82％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ^2=5．01，P〈0．05）。结论乳癖汤加减治疗乳腺增生有效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of RuPi decoction in the treatment of breast hyperplasia. Methods 100 cases with breast hyperplasia were randomly recruited into a treatment group, which was treated with the RuPi decoction, and a control group, which was treated with RuNing tablet. Three months constituted one course of treatment for both groups. Observe the clinic curative effects, and improvement of major symptoms and signs. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and control group was 96% and 84% respectively, showing significant difference between the tow groups（χ^2=5.01, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modified RuPi decoction was effective in the treatment of Breast Hyperplasia.
