摘要
目的了解目前艾滋病相关性腹泻的中医药研究概况，分析运用中医药防治艾滋病相关性腹泻的优势与不足。方法通过查阅1981-2008年中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）、中国生物医学数据库（CBM）、中文科技期刊全文数据库（VIP）及MEDLINE医学文献资料库中艾滋病相关性腹泻的中医药文献，采用分析归纳法，总结其研究概况。结果与结论目前运用中医药研究艾滋病相关性腹泻的国内外文献数量太少（24篇），在研究方法、检测指标、疗效评定标准等方面还存在不足。
Objective To get an overview to studies of traditional Chinese medicine treating HIV-related diarrhea recently, and analysis the predominance and inadequacies of these studies. Methods Articles about TCM treating HIV-related diarrhea from 1981 to 2008 in CNKI, CBM, VIP and MEDLINE were summarized and analyzed by analyzing and induction methods. Results ＆ Conclusion Only a few articles about TCM treating HIV-related diarrhea（24 articles）can be found, showing the shortages in the methods, detections, and evaluation of treating this disease.
