农村老年人生命质量影响因素的多元分析

Multivariate statistical analysis of life quality among rural elderly population

目的探讨农村地区老年人生命质量的影响因素。方法采用SF-36量表和生命质量影响因素调查表两份问卷对451名山东省农村老年人进行调查,应用多元逐步回归对资料进行统计学分析。结果日常生活能力、慢性病患病情况、经济收入、居住环境、生活满意度和家庭关系等是影响农村老年人生命质量的主要因素。结论维护老年人日常生活能力,重视慢性病患者、低收入、居住条件差等情况下老年人的生命质量,改善家庭关系,提高生活满意度等有利于提高农村老年人生命质量。

Objective To explore the influencing factors of quality of life （QOL） among rural elderly population. Methods 451 rural elderly population in Shandong Province were investigated through face-to-face interview using SF-36 scale and influencing factors questionnaire, then influencing factors were analyzed by multiple stepwise regression. Results The multivariate analysis indicated that the ability of daily life, chronic diseases, income status, tpye of residential buildings, family relation, job, life satisfaction were important determinants of quality of life. Conclusions Maintaining ability of daily life, paying more attention to chronic disease, low income and poor residential building status, improving family relation, enhancing life satisfaction may improve the QOL of rural elderly population.
