加强临床技能实训中心建设 促进实践教学的可持续发展

Strengthening Construction of Clinical Skill Training Centers and Promoting Sustainable Development in Practice Teaching

医学作为一门实践性很强的学科,要求医学教育必须在培养学生坚实理论的基础上,注重临床实践能力的培养。为了适应新世纪我国高等医学教育改革与发展的需要,提高医学生的实践能力、创新能力和临床思维能力,甘肃中医学院于2006年3月构建了临床技能实训中心。本文根据当前临床技能实训中心建设与发展中存在的问题分析,提出了促进临床实训教学可持续发展的对策。

Medicine, a discipline with strong practice nature, requires that medical education should pay attention to not only imparting solid theoretical foudnation but also cultivating students＇ clinical practical skills. In order to meet the needs of reform and development of higher medical education in the new century, reinforce medical students＇ practical ability, innovation ability and comprehensive capacity, the Clinical Skill Training Center was set up in Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in March 2006. This article, based on the analysis of problems existing in the construction and development of the center, proposes corresponding strategies to improve sustainable development of clinical skill teaching.
