摘要
目的探讨标准化病人(SP)与多媒体相结合的组合SP技术辅助儿童口腔医学临床教学的有效性及可行性。培训模拟患儿家长的SP,配套以相应患儿病例、多媒体患儿影像及PBL教学法用于对学生临床技能、临床思维及交流能力的培训。方法实验组以1名SP对5名学生的方式进行病例分析及PBL教学,其余内容与对照组相同。比较两组成绩,分析问卷。结果实验组平时、理论及总成绩高于对照组。问卷调查结果示学生对此教学法持肯定态度。结论SP自我评价认为规范培训及丰富的幼儿知识利于工作。故组合SP教学有利于提高学生成绩及综合素质,可加强教学薄弱环节,能有效辅助学生儿童口腔医学临床技能的培训。
Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of standardized patient (SP) technique combined with multimedia to assist pedodontics clinical teaching for oral medical students on probation, train SPs that simulate patients' parents, and provide training in clinical skills, clinical thinking and communicating ability with case multimedia children' pictures and problem-based learning (PBL). Methods In the experimental group, case-analyzing teaching was eondueted in the manner of 1 SP to 5 students; the rest contents were the same as those in the control group. We compared pedodontics test scores between the two groups and analyzed the questionnaire. Results The results showed that the experimental group' scores at normal times, theory examination and total scores were significantly higher than those in the control group. The results of the questionnaire suggested that combined SP teaching was welcomed by the students. Conclusion According to SP self-evaluation, standardized training and rich knowledge about children facilitate work. Therefore, combined SP helps inerease students' academic performance and comprehensive quality, strengthens weak link in teaching, and assists training of clinical skills in oedodonties.
