Problems and Countermeasures of Teaching of Interventional Therapy in Hepatobiliary Surgery

肝胆外科介入治疗是目前广泛应用于临床肝胆胰疾病的诊疗技术,其微创、安全、简便有效的优点已得到认同。随着介入治疗技术的发展和普及,对介入医师的需求也在逐步增加,因此,肝胆外科相关疾病的介入治疗培训也就显得十分重要。针对带教过程中出现的问题,采取了相应的对策以期提高肝胆外科介入治疗教学的教学质量和效率。

Interventional therapy in hepatobililary surgery is a technique widely applied to hepatobilliary diseases for diagnosis and treatment at present. Its advantages of micro-invasion, safety, convenience and effectiveness have been acknowledged. With the development and widespread of interventional therapy technology, there are increasing demands for interventional doctors. Therefore, it is very important for hepatobiliary surgeons to receive standard interventional therapy training. We have adopted some strategies to deal with problems in teaching to improve quality and efficiency of interventional therapy teaehing in hepatobililary surgery.
