Implementation and Experience of Nursing Teaching for Oncology Wards

随着肿瘤病患的不断增多和各医院增设肿瘤内科病房,越来越多的护士将进入肿瘤内科护理领域工作,实习护生的教学工作也变得越来越重要。本文简单回顾了肿瘤护理发展的历史,结合实习护生的现状和在肿瘤内科综合病房的实践经验,探讨了肿瘤内科病房护理教学特点,总结了实施方法和体会。

With the increased tumor incidence and establishment of oncology departments in many hospitals, more and more nurses will enter the field of oneology nursing. It becomes increasingly important in teaching of practicing nurses. This article reviews the history of development of oncology nursing, discusses the characteristics of oncology nursing teaching, and summarizes the implementation method and experience combining with the status of practicing nurses and the practical experience in tumor wards.
