医疗纠纷典型案例在耳鼻咽喉科学教学中应用的初步实践

Typical Medical Dispute Cases Applied in Clinical Teaching of Otolaryngology

耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科医疗纠纷发生的常见原因包括忽视全身性疾患、填塞物遗留或脱落、术前或操作前沟通不当、医护人员责任心不强、医疗文书书写不当。为了防范耳鼻咽喉头颈外科医疗纠纷的发生,应将医疗纠纷典型案例融入耳鼻咽喉头颈外科学教学中,以提高耳鼻咽喉专业学生医疗风险意识,增强防范医疗纠纷的能力。

The common causes of medical disputes in the department of otolaryngulogy, head and neck surgery include neglecting systemic diseases, retaining or falling off of wadding, unsuitable preoperative communication, having no strong sense of responsibility and improper medical documents. To prevent medical disputes in the department of otolaryngology, head and neck surgery, clinical teaching should be based on adding typical medical dispute cases to theoretical teaching for enhancing students＇ consciousness of medical risk and ability to guard against doctor-patient disputes.
