摘要
目的:为了弄清烟草的杀菌作用,对烟草提取物烟碱的生物活性便于进行深入研究与应用。方法:采用管碟法和平板菌落活菌计数法,定性、定量地检测了烟草提取物——烟碱在不同浓度和不同时间的杀菌作用。结果:实验表明,提取的烟碱对细菌有明显的作用,特别是对病原菌,如金黄色葡萄球菌、溶壁微球菌等杀菌作用更好。随着浓度增加杀菌作用加强,当烟碱浓度从1%~5%、作用120min的时候,杀菌率从55.8%开始不断提高,最高为90%。同时,随着时间的延长杀菌作用增加,在烟碱浓度3%、作用时间从20min^90min时,杀菌率从56.9%也随时间延长而提高,最高可达82.9%。
Objective:In order to clarify tobacco's sterilization,the thorough research and the application to the tobacco extraction smoke alkali biological activity are conducted. Method: The tube and small dish law and the dull colony live fungus notation,the qualitative quoto examined the differet nincotine density from different time bacteriostasis and disinfection.Result:The result showed that the nincotine has the obvious function to the bacterium,especially to the disease germ,like the staphylococcus,dissolves the wall micrococcus and so on to have the better sterilization,along with density increase disinfection enhancement.When the nincotine caustic concentration is 1%~5%,for 120min time,the efficincy of nincotine to disinfect bacteria is as high as 89.9%.At the same time,increases along with the time extension disinfect.When nincotine caustic concentration is 3%,for 20min-90min,the efficincy of nincotine to disinfect bacteria is 82.9%.
