摘要 活化性受体NKG2D(natural-killer group 2,member D)及其配体在NK、γδ+T和CD8+T细胞介导的肿瘤免疫应答中扮演了重要角色。深入理解NKG2D及其配体在肿瘤免疫中的作用有助于临床预防和治疗肿瘤。该文阐述了NKG2D的分子结构特性、表达调控及其配体的分类和表达调控;主要介绍了NKG2D及其配体在肿瘤免疫中的作用;最后分析了NKG2D免疫途径中存在的问题和治疗应用前景。 The activating receptor NKG2D(natural-killer group 2,member D) and its ligands played an important role in the NK,γδ+T and CD8+T cell-mediated immune response to tumors.It was helpful to understand the recent research of NKG2D and its ligands in tumor immunity deeply for the prevention and treatment of tumor in the clinical.The recent research on the molecular structure properties and regulation of NKG2D were introduced in this review.Meanwhile,the classification and regulation of NKG2D ligands were also introduced.The effector functions of NKG2D and its ligands in tumor were mainly reviewed.Present situation and perspectives of NKG2D and its ligands in tumor therapy were discussed finally.
