摘要
根据斜轧工艺特点,建立了轧辊辊形的数学模型,基于VRML和Java平台,对数学模型进行分析计算,运用VRML的三维场景建模能力及Java的网络编程与交互控制能力,实现了网络环境下斜轧辊形的交互式虚拟设计。给出了辊形三维场景的构建方法,详述了Java Applet通过VRML的外部编程接口EAI实现斜轧辊形的参数化、交互式设计的过程,并给出了运行实例。该方法完全适用于矫直辊等其他轧辊的辊形设计,对其他零件的网络虚拟设计也有重要参考价值。
A mathematical model of surface of cross roller was established based on process. As a developing platform, VRML and Java were applied to analysis calculation of this mathematical model. A virtual design method of cross roller was realized using the computing ability of Java and the 3 dimensional (3D) modeling ability of VRML. The realizing approach of 3D scene of roller on Internet was presented. The parametric and interactive design of cross roller on web, through the External Authoring Interface (EAI), was discussed. Some examples of virtual design of cross roller were given. The method is also adapted to other roller, such as straightening roller and etc. The result provides an important reference for virtual design of other parts.
