The Impact Factors on Regeneration of Newborn Seeding Cells in Biologic Scaffold

模拟体内微环境使种子细胞再生是应用组织工程技术修复缺损的关键之一。支架上种子细胞再生的影响因素主要是细胞外基质、黏附性糖蛋白和整合素、纤维粘连蛋白、蛋白多糖和透明质酸素以及支架电荷、厚度和辐照等。本研究就组织工程支架上种子细胞再生的相关影响因素予以综述。

Simulating the in vivo micro-environment to regenerate seed cells is one of the key in applicating the tissue engineering technology to repair the tissue defect.Influencing factors of newborn cell in biologic scaffold are mainly described as follows：extracellular matrix、adhesive glycoprotein,integrin,fibronectin,proteoglycan,hyaluronan and electricity,thickness,eradiate of biologic scaffold.This paper summarized the impact factors on regeneration of newborn seed cells in biologic scaffold.
