摘要
端粒和端粒酶是决定基因扩增和稳定的主要因素,调控着细胞增殖活性和细胞寿命。干细胞也能高水平表达端粒酶。正是这个原因使得干细胞能存活更长时间并且能转变为血液细胞、皮肤细胞和内脏细胞等。端粒酶在人永生化细胞中的特异性表达对维持干细胞自我更新能力和复制潜能具有重要意义;在再生医学领域的应用研究中为探索人体器官的再造提供了新思路。
Multiple researches show that telomeres and telomerase are crucial factors which determine stability of genes,and regulate the cell proliferation activity and cell life span.Stem cells can also express telomerase in high level.Telomerases which express specifically in immortal human cells are important for maintaining the potential ability of self-regeneration and self-duplication of stem cells.The researches on the application of telomerase in field of regenerative medicine give new thoughts for exploring reconstruction of organs.
