摘要
心房颤动是临床最常见的心律失常之一,现今研究支持其发病机制是多因素的。近年来研究表明,除电重构以外,结构重构在心房颤动的发生及发展过程中也起了至关重要的作用。本文综合近几年研究进展,从细胞内钙超载,心房壁牵张,纤维化变性以及炎症因素4个方面对心房颤动中结构重构的几种主要机制予以综述。
Atrial fibrillation is one of the most common cardiac arrhythmia in clinical.Researches supported the pathogenesis including multiple factors.Studies of recent years indicated that electrical remodeling,as well as the structural remodeling,play a significant role in the development of atrial fibrillation.The artical reviewed recent advances about structural remodeling in atrial fibrillation from aspects of intracellular calcium overload,atrial wall stretch,fibrosis and inflammation.
