老年患者非心脏术后认知功能障碍

Postoperative Cognitive Dysfunction after Non-cardiac Surgery in Elderly Patients

术后认知功能障碍多见于老年患者心脏手术后,但非心脏手术发生术后认知功能障碍亦不少见。术后认知功能障碍影响患者的生活质量,加重社会负担并干扰药物治疗效果,延长患者住院周期。本文对术后认知功能障碍的病因和神经功能保护的策略等予以综述。

Although postoperative cognitive dysfunction（POCD）often occurs after cardiac surgery in the elderly,the prevalence of POCD after non-cardiac surgery in old patients is also significant.POCD is likely to impair quality of life,constitute a large burden on society,interfere in the therapeutic efficacy and increase the time of hospital stay.In this paper,we put out a review toward understanding the etiology of postoperative cognitive dysfunction and the development of neuroprotective strategies.
