摘要
神经鞘瘤绝大多数为椎管内髓外的良性肿瘤,手术治疗为惟一有效的治疗方法。随着新技术的不断应用,相关基础研究的深入及相关手术器械的应用,以及对椎管内神经鞘瘤认识和诊断水平的提高,各种手术方式在临床上得到应用,必将使手术的安全性更高,术后患者的恢复更快。现对椎管内神经鞘瘤手术治疗的焦点问题进行探讨。
Spinal schwannoma is mostly benign and intradural extramedullary tumor,and neurosurgery is the only effective way for treatment.With the development of the new techniques and the ability to diagnose,kinds of surgical methods are used in the clinic,which will make the operation more secure and the patients recover faster.But how to choose an appropriate surgical approach in order to avoid spinal instability and spinal cord trauma is what we focus on.The purpose of this article is to discuss the surgical treatment of spinal schwannoma.
