Research Progress on Capsaicin Preparation and Its Function on Antitumor

本研究对国内外有关辣椒碱的文献资料进行分析、概括和总结,综述了辣椒碱的几种制备方法及其抗癌研究进展等在医药方面的应用,进一步讨论了抗癌机制。提出超临界二氧化碳萃取和化学合成是今后大量生产的高效方法;其抗癌方面的研究应进一步关注。并对其应用前景进行展望。

This article reviewed the methods for preparing capsaicin,and its function of antitumor and other medical applications based on the related data from domestic and abroad in recent years.The mechanism of antitumor is discussed.It is proposed that supercritical carbon dioxide and chemical synthesis will be high-effect way for producing capsaicin in bulk in the future.The antitumor effect of capsaicin should be further concerned and the application prospect is yearned.
