摘要
RDC(resistance diode capacitance)电路参数往往是通过经验加实验选取的,限制了其使用范围。为此,基于高速工业平缝机的电磁阀控制,对钳位型RDC缓冲电路进行了研究。通过合理的假设和推演,深入分析了电路的关断损耗,并结合脉宽调制(PWM,pulse width modulation)的特点,在RDC电路参数和控制器之间建立了联系,为电路参数的选择提供了一种可用的理论依据,并在实际工程中得到了验证。
The circuit parameters of RDC( resistance diode capacitance) are usually chosen by the methods of experience and experiment, which limits its usage in practice. The RDC clamp buffer circuit is researched based on the solenoid valve control of industrial lockstitch sewing machine. The break dissipation of MOSFET and the dissipation energy of RDC clamp circuit are analyzed by reasonable assumption and derivation combining with the feature of PWM( pulse width modulation) control. The relation between the circuit parameters and the controller is set up, and an available method to choose the circuit parameters is brought out, which has been proved in the practical application.
