中外合资企业中的跨文化冲突及其对策——以武汉神龙汽车有限公司为例 被引量:3

摘要 不同的语言、宗教、习俗、道德观和价值观等形成了不同的文化。在中外合资企业中,中外文化的差异,往往给合作双方造成许多摩擦和冲突,严重的甚至于在工作中形成对立,企业的正常运转因此受到影响,这对合作双方都是极为不利的。以武汉神龙汽车公司为例,论述了中法文化差异的种种表现及其在合作中产生的矛盾和冲突,并提出了解决问题的对策和建议。 Different cultures have resulted in a different language, religion, customs, ethics and values. In many joint ventures or transnational groups, cultural differences led to many frictions and conflicts. It has been observed the confrontation between the two sides of the work in the day-to-day. Therefore, the normal operation of businesses is affected. Two partners are extremely unfavorable. In the case of Dongfeng Peugeot Citroen Automobile Company LTD, We see all kinds of cultural differences between China and France to cooperate in the performance of its contradictions and conflicts arise, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem.
