摘要
分析了钢管中剩磁产生的原因及其对焊接质量的影响,介绍了胜利油田基地集中供热二期工程焊接前的消磁工艺过程和消磁方法。胜利油田项目部技术组查阅资料,提出了用直流电或交流电,以及借助电磁铁或者永磁铁所建立的磁场方法。经过现场实践后,问题得到了解决,保证了工程顺利进行,并为以后施工提供了依据。
This paper analyses the cause of the occurrence of residual magnetism and its impact on the welding quality of the pipe and introduces the degaussing process and degaussing method before welding the second-phase project of the Shengli oilfield base central heating. This paper had access to information provided by the Shengli oilfield the technical team and asked for advice of experienced welding technicians. Under the premise to ensure the construction quality and and save the cost, this paper advocate the use of AC or DC ,and with the help of electric magnet or permanent magnet, establish the magnetic field methods. After the field practice, the problem has been resolved to ensure that the project proceeds smoothly, and provides a basis for solutions to similar problems encountered.
