Development and New Technology of Pipeline Coating

长输管道的防腐技术是长输管道建设的重要内容之一,防腐涂层的合理选择与使用,对长输管道的安全运行、使用寿命,提高流动特性,降低经济成本都具有十分重要的意义。重点介绍了目前国内外的主要有机涂层和无机涂层的性能。详细分析目前国外有关涂层技术的新材料、新的粘接工艺和保护措施以及管道表面处理。基于国内外发展动向的研究,可以为国内的管道涂层提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Anti-corrosion pipeline technology is one of the important aspects in long-distance pipeline construction. The use and reasonable choice of anti-corrosion coating, are of much significance to the safe operation and service life of long-distance pipeline as well as to the improvement of the flow characteristics and reduction of the economic costs of pipeline. This paper focuses on the performance of organic and inorganic coating at home and abroad. Detailed analyses are made of the current coating technology, new materials, new adhesive technology, protective measures and the surface treatment of pipeline in foreign countries. Based on the development trends of such technologies at home and abroad, it can provide some information for the domestic pipeline coating.
