摘要
尿素造粒喷头及其操作参数对尿素颗粒的空间分布和粒径分布有着重要影响,介绍了BP神经网络模型的建立及有关参数的选取,运用该模型对不同工况下颗粒在塔径向上的分布和颗粒粒径分布进行了预测,并用于指导实际生产,确保产品质量稳定。
Urea granulation nozzle and the operating parameters of it have an important impact on the spatial distribution and the particle size distribution of urea particles. This paper introduces BP neural network model and the selection of its parameters, and uses this model to give predicted values of the spatial distribution and the particle size distribution of urea under different conditions , guiding the actual production to ensure product quality stability.
