城镇化进程中的土地集约利用研究

Study on the Intensive Use of Land in the Process of Urbanization

城镇化是当今中国经济、社会发展的必然趋势.自20世纪80年代以来,城镇化获得了长足发展.人口、产业等向城镇集聚作为这一过程的显著标志,使得城镇建设用地数量急剧扩大,农业用地面积相应减少.基于此,首先分析了我国城镇化过程中土地集约利用存在的问题,认为城镇建设用地与农用地之间的博弈是土地集约利用需要优先考虑的问题.然后,深入剖析了城镇化过程中城镇建设用地和农用地集约利用的影响要素,重点研究了两者之间的博弈关系.

Nowadays urbanization is an inevitable trend of economic and social development in China.It obtains considerable development since the 1980′s.Population and industrial agglomeration as obvious signs of the urbanization make the demand of urban land-use increase quickly and a corresponding reduce in the area of agricultural Land.On the basis of this,the paper analyses existing problems of intensive use of land in the process of utilization in China and concludes game theory between town constructive land and agriculture land is the considerable priority problem of intensive use of land.Then,the author thoroughly analyses factors affecting intensive use of land of town constructive land and agricultural land and focuses on researching gaming relationship between town constructive land and agricultural land.
