摘要
以氧化钙、二氧化碳为主要原料制备出具有晶形好、粒径分布范围小,平均粒径小等特点的片状碳酸钙,工艺条件为w(CaO):w(H2O)=1:5,V(CO2):V(空气)=1:2。采用3种不同比例的配方将此片状碳酸钙应用于涂布实验,主要考察了片状碳酸钙用量对纸张主要物理性能的影响。涂布实验表明:纸的平滑度、透气度、油墨吸收性及拉毛强度等物理性能均得到显著提高。
When CaO and CO2 were taken as raw materials, the preparation of plate-shaped calcium carbonate with good crystal shape, small size distribution range and small average particle diameter were prepared under the process parameters of w(CaO) : w(H2O)=l : 5, V(CO2) : V(air)=1: 2. Plate-shaped calcium carbonate was applied in coating experiments in three coating formulas and the effect of charge of plate-shaped calcium carbonate on the coated paper's physical performance was investigated. The coating experiments show that the plateshaped calcium carbonate is a high-performance pigment which can obviously raise the smoothness, air permeability and printing ink absorption of coated paper.
