腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者健康教育需求的调查分析

Investigation and Analyses of Health Education Needs for Patients with Peritoneoscope Gallbladder Resection

目的了解腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的健康教育需求,从而使健康教育更具有针对性和实用性。方法采用自行设计的问卷进行调查,问卷项目包括患者希望接受的健康教育方式和健康教育内容。结果患者在入院时、手术期间、出院时最主要的健康教育需求分别是:了解医生的技术水平,了解手术的方式与效果,了解出院后出现什么情况需要到医院复查;在对健康教育的方式上选择希望一对一个体指导的患者占89.1%。结论护士应不断深化健康教育的深度、丰富健康教育的内容,针对患者的不同需求和接受程度,因人而异地采取多样化教育方式,真正达到教育目的和效果,更好地为患者服务。

Objective To investigate health education needs in the patients with the peritoneoscope gallbladder resection so as to provide more targeted and practical health education. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was conducted to survey the expected methods and content of health education. Results The needs at admission, operation and discharge included information of the technical level of the physician,knowledge on operation method and effectiveness ,physical signals for follow-up examination. 89.1 percent of the patients choose one-to-one direction for their ideal mode of health education. Conclusion The nursing staff should achieve the goal and effects of health education for better nursing service by deepening the depth of health education,enriching health education content and adopting diversified health education to meet particular needs of patients with different acceptance level.
