Survey and Analysis of Etiquette Knowledge Needs for Nurses

目的调查护理人员对文明礼仪知识需求的现状及掌握程度,为针对性培训提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的问卷,通过抽签法选取150名临床护士进行调查,内容包括临床护士自身整体礼仪知识水平的评价、对礼仪知识的认知、护士学习礼仪知识的意愿、护士对礼仪知识需求的排序。结果临床护士整体礼仪知识水平仍需提高;护士对礼仪知识的学习有强烈的意愿,但缺乏规范化和系统化。结论在职护士礼仪知识掌握的程度与医疗市场的需求仍存在差距,医院需要将此项培训内容列入培训计划,采取灵活多样的培训方法,以提高护士的文明素质,规范礼貌服务的护理行为。

Objective To explore the etiquette knowledge needs for nurses for further pertinently training. Methods By using random sampling method, 150 clinical nurses were surveyed by a selfdesigned questionnaire on the self-evaluation of general etiquette knowledge, the cognizance of etiquette knowledge, the demands for learning, and rank order of these demands. Results The understanding level of etiquette knowledge for nurses should be enhanced. A strong desire for learning etiquette knowledge and skills was noted among the nurses, but there was lack of normal- ization and systematization. Conclusion The gap between the mastery of etiquette knowledge and demands was identified. Hospital managers should improve nursing quality and standardize nursing service by flexible and diverse forms of etiquette knowledge training.
