监狱突发事件关系到监狱安全稳定,监狱突发事件的成因与特征分析是做好预防的前提。监狱突发事件成因主要有监管方面、环境方面、服刑人员方面、社会方面、监狱应急机制的缺陷和不足等原因。监狱突发事件具有突发性、目的性、聚众性、联动性、失衡性、紧迫性。监狱突发事件的预防与处置必须纳入监狱管理工作中。
