Ideas and Practice of Headteacher’s Work in Higher Vocational College

高职教育作为"一种类型的教育",高职学生也是高校学生群体里的"一类学生",具有许多特殊性。职业文化全面参透下的高职班级建设和管理,决定着高职班主任工作的特殊与不同。班集体是学生成长的"小社会",是学习生活的家园,是呵护心灵的港湾。高职班主任,做好"三成教育"、"三家建设"和"三心培养",是高职教育的特殊要求,更是针对性开展班级工作的关键。

Higher vocational education is one form of education and higher vocational students have their special characteristics with vocational culture. Therefore, the construction and management of class should have its special character and difference to headteachers. The class is a small society for students＇growing-up, a family for living and learning and a harbor for placing students＇ soul. The author porposes ＂Three-cheng Educaiton＂, ＂Three Construction＂, and ＂Three Cultivation＂, because this is necessary in higher vocational education and key to implement class works.
