摘要
采用气相色谱法测定了菜籽油生物柴油、大豆油生物柴油和花生油生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯的分布和含量。采用多功能低温性能测定仪,考察了烯烃-醋酸乙烯酯混合共聚物(OVCP)对生物柴油低温流动特性的影响。采用偏光显微镜对加OVCP前后生物柴油中蜡晶的微观形态进行了实时观测。结果表明,OVCP对3种生物柴油低温流动性的影响不同,生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯的碳数分布越窄,OVCP改善其低温流动性的效果越好;OVCP通过改变蜡晶的形态和表面性质以及阻止形成网状结晶改善了生物柴油低温流动性能。
The fatty acid methyl ester compositions of rapeseed biodiesel, soybean biodiesel and peanut biodiesel were determined by gas chromatography. The influences of olefin-vinyl acetate copolymer (OVCP) on cold flow properties of the biodiesels were studied on a low temperature flow tester. Additionally, Polarizing microscope was applied for real-time observation of crystal morphologies of biodiesels with and without OVCP. The results indicated that the effects of OVCP on low-temperature properties of three biodiesels were different. The narrower the carbon distribution of fatty acid methyl esters in biodiesel, the better the improvement of cold flow properties of the biodiesel by OVCP is. OVCP enhances cold flow properties of biodiesel by changing the crystal morphologies and the surface properties and, therefore, retarding the formation of crystal network at low temperatures.
