摘要
目的建立盐城地区成年人群AXSYM发光仪检测的甲状腺机能5项的参考范围,并研究它们相互间物质的量的关系。方法用免疫化学发光测定技术检测排除了有干扰人群后的健康成人的甲状腺机能5项。结果甲状腺机能5项的参考范围:总三碘甲腺原氨酸(TT3)(0.43～1.42 ng/mL),总四碘甲腺原氨酸(TT4)(5.49～11.46μg/dL),血清游离三碘甲腺原氨酸(FT3)(1.14～2.79 pg/mL),血清游离四碘甲腺原氨酸(FT4)(0.64～1.36 ng/dL),促甲状腺素(TSH)-3rd(0.392～4.135 uIU/mL)。结论试剂盒说明书上甲状腺机能5项的参考范围不太适合本地区的人群,甲状腺机能项目之间物质的量的关系也与有关文献所述有较大差别。
Objective To set up the files of five references of AXSYM luminescent instrument thyroid function for the adults in Yangzhen area, and study the inter-relationship among the materials. Methods By immunohisto- chemical detection of chemiluminescence, the five thyroid functions of the nrormal adults were analyzed after the interference was rueled out. Results Thyroid function the five reference ranges of thyrodifunction are：TT3（0.43-1. 42 ng/mL） ,TT4（5. 49-11. 46 μg/dL） ,FT3（1.14-2. 79 pg/mL）, FT4 （0.64-1.36 ng/dL）, and TSH-3rd（0. 392 -4. 135 uIU/mL）. Conclusion Kit instructions on thyroid function in five of the reference ranges do not fit the groups of people in this region, and there is quite a defference in thyroid function between the volume of material relationship and the literature mentioned above.
