摘要 结合徐州某中型水库迎水面混凝土护坡工程的抗冻措施,进行了抗冻混凝土引气剂的优选试验,研究了三萜皂苷非离子型(ZY-99)引气剂等6种引气剂对中低标号混凝土抗冻性能的影响.通过对6种常用引气剂的性能比较,得出ZY-99型引气剂与改性松香热聚物型引气剂克服了传统松香热聚物引气剂的缺点,其性能稳定、质量可靠,强度标号C15混凝土抗冻指标可以达到F200的要求的结论.试验结果还表明,同一种引气剂在相同的试验条件下,其掺量不得超过最高掺量,否则会有相反的作用. The optimization tests on the air entraining admixtures for concrete was carried out combined with the protecting measures of the frost-resistant concrete slope of a medium-sized reservoir in Xuzhou. The influences of 6 kinds of air entraining admixtures such as triterpenoid non-ionic (ZY-99) on the frost-resistant performance of medium-low strength grade concretes were studied. A comparison among the tests indicate that the recently developed triterpenoid nonionic (ZY-99) and the improved rosin-hot-polymer air entraining admixture have stable performance and high quality. The frost-resistant index of C15 concrete reaches the requirements of F200. Under the same test conditions, the volume of a kind of air entraining admixture should not exceed the maximum amount, otherwise it will have the opposite effect.
