摘要 JH-410聚醚多元醇是以淀粉和甲醇为原料合成混合葡萄糖苷(以下简称混苷),然后以混苷为主起始剂,甘油为共起始剂,氢氧化钾为催化剂,与环氧丙烷聚合而成。本文着重介绍了它的合成工艺,讨论了相关因素对反应结果的影响,产品收率可达100%,成本可降低30%以上。 JH-410 polyether polyols is obtained from mixed glucoside, which is synthesized from starch and methanol as materials mixed glucoside as raw starting material; glycerol as common starting material; potassium hydroxide as catalyzer; with propylene oxide by polymerization. The article mainly introduced its synthetical technics, the factors relating to influencing the reaction result are discussed. The product yield can reach 100% the cost can reduce more than 30%.
