摘要
为了提高TiO2的光催化性能,本文制备了SO42-/TiO2-SnO2固体超强酸(STS),采用IR对STS的结构进行了表征,采用UV-Vis对光催化产物进行了分析,研究了STS光催化甲基橙降解的性能,结果表明适宜的制备条件为:n(TiO2):n(SnO2)=12,焙烧温度为450℃,焙烧时间为4h,硫酸浓度为0.5mol/L,催化剂用量为0.3g/200mL,甲基橙降解率可达93%。IR分析表明在STS中形成了超强酸活性中心,UV-Vis分析表明甲基橙降解较为完全。
In order to improve the photocatalytic property of TiO2, The super solidacid SO42-/TiO2-SnO2 (STS) was prepared, IR was made, The degradation of methyl orange with STS as photocatalysts were studied by UV-Vis, The results showed that the suitable preparing condition was " n(TiO2) " n(SnO2)= 12,the baking temperature was 450℃, the baking time was 4h, the concentration of sulfuric acid was 0. 5 mol·1^-1 , the quantity of the catalyst was 0. 3g/200mL, the degradation rate of methyl onange can reach 93%, IR showed that the super acid center was formed in SST, UV-Vis showed that methyl orange was degraded completely.
