橡胶树籽苗芽接技术研究──橡胶树籽苗芽接育苗法研究之一

Mini-Seedling Budding of Hevea brasiliensis

采用播种后约2周龄的籽苗作砧木在离土条件下进行芽接和留叶防止接穗回枯等技术，在苗圃育苗6～18个月，可胄成接穗茎干直径达0．4cm以上、具2～6蓬叶的橡胶籽苗芽接苗。与橡胶树芽接桩育苗方法相比，这种育苗方法培育袋苗可缩短育苗时间3～12个月，降低了育苗成本和劳动强度，提高了单位面积苗圃生产率。

Two-week-old seedlings of Hevea brasiliensis,about 20cm high,were strip budded with green buds and grown in polybags. The budded stocks were cut back with leaflets attached to avoid dieback and the buddings were raised at the nursery for 6 -18 months when they were grown as mini-buddings with2-6 whorls of leaves and stems of up to 0. 4cm in diameter,This mini- budding method reduced the nursery time by 3 - 12 months for raising polybag buddings as compared with the traditional method for raising budded stumps,resulting in lower cost and less labour intensity as well as higher productivity of the nursery per unit area.
