摘要
以紫花芒果(MangiferaindicaL.ZiHua)为材料,用外源腐胺处理,在冷害温度2℃和非冷害温度10℃条件下贮藏。结果表明:贮藏在2℃条件下的果实,随着冷害的发生发展,多胺含量增加,贮藏至17d达到峰值,以后随着冷害的加重而急剧下降。贮藏在10℃条件下,多胺一直保持在低而稳定的水平。外源腐胺在减轻芒果冷害的同时,降低了芒果内源腐胺含量,提高了内源亚精胺及尸胺含量。
Mango fruits (Mangifera indica L. var. zihua )were treated with 0. 1 % bleaching powder, 1000 ppm TBZ for 3 min and then with 3 mmol/l exogenous PUT. Each treat-lnent contained 5 kg of fruit with 2 replications. The treated fruits were then stored at 2℃(chilling injury temperature)and 10℃ (non-chilling injury temperature)separately. Results showed that the levels of endogenous polyamines in the treated fruits stored at 2℃ were increased with the development of chilling injury,reached a peak at 17th days and then decreased sharply with chilling injury of the fruits. The treated fruits stored at 10℃ con-tained low levels of polyamines Exogenous PUT retarded chi1ling injury of the fruits sto-red at 2℃,and meanwhile it reduced endogenous PUT content but increased endogenous SPD and CAD content.
