Comprehensive Evaluation of Main Characters of Yunnan Tea Germplasm Resources

对云南茶树资源主要性状系统鉴定的结果表明：茶树１芽３叶开展日期与有效积温呈显著相关性；形态特征从乔木到灌木都呈有规律的变化；抗寒性强弱和氨基酸含量与叶片栅栏组织厚／海棉组织厚之值有不同程度的相关性；云南茶树的酯酶同工酶（ＥＳＴ）谱带较简单，其中有３条基本酶谱带．根据品质评定结果，筛选出２１份优质资源可供生产或育种利用．

The research showed that the unfolding date of a bud and three leaves was significantly correlated to effective cumulative temperature.Quality evaluation results showed that there are 21 superexccdllent tea materials,among them,7 materials suitable both for making green tea and black tea,12 materials for black tea,2 materials for green tea.
