摘要
运用测定幼虫口钩、头咽骨长度的方法，推断美洲斑潜蝇幼虫期共有３龄。１～３龄幼虫口钩长度分别为：２２０２±０１４μｍ，３７９２±０１３μｍ，６７０１±０１５μｍ，头咽骨长度分别为８４２４±０．１３μｍ，１４０７２＋０１６μｍ，２１４３５±０１４μｍ，１～３龄幼虫体长×宽分别为：０４７ｍｍ×０１８ｍｍ，１２４ｍｍ×０４５ｍｍ，２５１ｍｍ×０８５ｍｍ，虫道在上下龄分界处有明显加宽，此方法可快速划分龄期，为适龄防治提供理论依据。
Measurement of either the length of mouth hooks or the cephalopharyngeal skeleton showed clear distinction between three instars of larvae The length of larvae mouth hooks from instars 1 to 3 was: 22 02±0 14μm,37 92±0 13μm,67 01±0 15μm,respectively. The cephalopharyngeal skeleton was 84 24±0 13μm,140.72±0 16μm,214 35±0 14μm,respectively The serpentine tunnel was widened obviously at the joint part of neighboring instars. It was helpful to separate instars quickly by eyes for pest control in suitable time.
