摘要
将110只小公雏,分成11个试验组,在1~10日龄内,分别经口逐只免疫鸡球虫活苗,每天免疫1组。每组均在免疫后第8d迫杀,测定每只鸡肠道中球虫卵囊数量,利用统计学方法计算每组的标准差,判断其差异程度,标准差最小的,免疫整齐度也最好,说明免疫日龄最为适宜。经过2次试验测定,发现EimeriCoxplus鸡球虫活苗最适免疫日龄应为5日龄。
cockerel were divided into 11 experimental groups and every chick in each group were administered via oral with coccidia live vaccines and one group was completed per day during 1~10 days of age.All were killed at eighth days after vaccination,oocyst numbers were tested in intestine of every chicken.The standard deviation of each group were calculated,the variation in each group were analysed,the minimum standard deviation was the best immune uniformity that showed the days of age adapted for vaccination.It was shown that the optimal vaccination date for EimeriCox plus live vaccine should be 5 days of age by two times experiment.
