鸡传染性支气管炎腺胃型病毒的分离与鉴定

Isolation and Identification of Proventriculus Opathic-type Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus

从郑州某鸡场的病鸡中分离到１株病毒，经人工接种易感染鸡，可在第６ｄ出现精神不振、拉稀，第８ｄ出现死亡；并可致死部分鸡胚及产生卷曲胚，在鸡胚中干扰鸡新城疫病毒Ｌａｓｏｔａ株的生长；但不能凝集鸡红细胞，经１％胰酶处理后能凝集鸡红细胞；在电镜下观察，可看到直径约１００～１６０ｎｍ，周围有疏松突起，排列成花冠状的病毒粒子。初步鉴定了分离株是鸡传染性支气管类病毒（ＩＢＶ）。

A field virus was isolated from chicks which revealed diarrhea,thin,together with respiratory symptom and proventriculus swelling like ball in autopsy. The isolation induced depression,diarrhea in 6 d and death in 8 d in susceptible chicks,caused mortality and dwarfing chick embryo,interfered the growth of newcastle disease virus Lasota strain in chicks embryo and failed to agglutinate chicken erythrocytes,but it agglutinated chicken erythocytes after reacting with 1% trypsin.The virus particles were observed to be about 100～160 nm in diameter and possessed widely spaced,club-shaped surface projections,ranged in corona The field virus was determined as Chick Infectious Bronchitis Virus by preliminary identification.
