摘要
对郁金香软腐病病原细菌进行了形态观察、致病性测定、染色反应、培养性状观察和生理生化反应。结果表明,该菌与大白菜软腐细菌的性状、特征完全相同,并能侵染大白菜、辣椒、马铃薯、洋葱等寄主。因此,引起郁金香软腐病的病原细菌是胡萝卜软腐欧文氏胡萝卜软腐致病型(Erwiniacarotovoravar.carotovoraDye.)。
The study was carried out on the pathogenic bacterial soft rot isolated from tulip bulb. Observation was made on the morphology of pathogenic bacteria staining reaction, optimum temperature and pH of growth and physiological and biochemical properties. The results show it is very similar to Erwinia carotovoa var. carotovora Dye. in properties, and can infect host plants such as chinese cabbage, pepper, potato, and onion. So the pathogenic bacteria causing soft rod disease in tulip is the Erwinia carotovoa var. carotovoa Dye.
