城市土地集约利用评价模型与实现模式研究——以江苏省13个地级城市为例

The Comprehensive Value Appraisement and Patterns of The Intensified Urban Land Use——Take 13 Cities in Jiangsu Province as an Example

建立了城市土地集约利用综合评价指标体系,对江苏省13个地级城市土地集约利用情况进行评价,并进行系统聚类,把这13个地级城市分为相对集约型和相对粗放型两大类。就影响城市土地集约利用的因素构建了"压力-状态-响应"(P-S-R)模型,并据此提出了城市土地集约利用的3种模式:新增用地门槛约束模式、旧城改造和土地置换模式及已有用地约束管理模式。

This paper establishes the index system of composite evaluation of the level of intensive utilization of urban land, and appraises 13 major cities. Then analyses 13 major cities based on systematic cluster method. And two clusters of intensive and extensive using is divided. At last, the influence factors of intensive utilization of urban land are analyzed, then P-S-R model is set up. Based on above analyses, this paper puts forward there Patterns： threshold restraint pattern of new land, pattern of reforming old city and land displacement and restrained management pattern of utilized land.
