赤霉素对万寿菊株高及花期的影响

Effects of Spraying with GA3 on the Flowering and Plant Height of Tagetes erecta

应用赤霉素不同质量浓度和不同处理频率对万寿菊"安提瓜"品种进行处理。试验结果表明:合适质量浓度的赤霉素喷施具有促进万寿菊株高增加,提早开花及缩短花期的作用。在一定的范围内,赤霉素质量浓度与株高增长呈正相关,与花期持续时间呈负相关。在各个处理组中,每3d喷施1次浓度为375mg/L的赤霉素处理,植株增高明显,株形优化,花期提早,花朵数多,开花整齐一致。

The application of gibberellin （ GA3 ） in different concentration and frequency of different treatments of Tagetes erecta “antigua” varieties for processing. The result showed that： a suitable concentration of gibberellin spraying Tagetes erecta plant height increased with the promotion of early flowering and flowering to shorten the role of. In the framework of the quality of the concentration of GA3 and plant hight growth was positivedy correlated with the duration of flowering wasneg-atively correlated. In all treatment groups ,each for three days. spraying a concentration of 375ppm of GA3 treatment, plants increased significintly, plant shape optimization, early flowering, flowers and more flowers and tidy consensus.
