对城中村的概念、特征及改造模式作了描述,通过介绍德州运河经济开发区项目特性,提出了其规划思路及改造策略,并且运用切实可行的运营思路,保障多方价值和利益的共同实现,从而实现城中村改造的可持续发展。

The concept,characteristic and reformation modeling of city village were described,by introducing characteristics of canal economical development district engineering in Dezhou,the planning thinking and reformation strategy were proposed.The multiple value and profit realization were guaranteed by feasible operation thinking,therefore realized sustainable development of city village reformation.
