摘要
针对目前建筑工程项目设计中存在浪费大,造价高的现状,提出了运用价值工程进行设计方案优选的方法,从功能分析入手讨论了功能与成本的合理配置,以达到以最小的投入获得最大的功能,从而提高投资效益的目的。
Aiming at the current situation for the design of architectural projects which is wasteful and costly,the paper points out the methods for optimization of the design scheme by applying the value engineering,and discusses the reasonable allocation between the functions and costs from the functional analysis,so as to achieve the largest function with smallest investment,in order to improve the investment benefits.
