探讨了对历史遗留产业建筑进行改造与再利用的可行性,论述了改造与再利用的原则,总结了产业建筑改造再利用中常用的方法和手段,分析了国内外产业建筑改造再利用的经典案例,并提出了具体的看法,以促进城市的健康发展。
The paper explores the feasibility of the reconstruction and reutilization of the historical legacy industry,illustrates the principle for the reconstruction and reutilization,sums up the common methods and approaches for the reconstruction and reutilization of the industrial buildings,analyzes the typical cases for the reconstruction and reutilization of the industrial buildings at home and abroad,and points out the factual opinions,so as to enhance the healthy development of the cities.
