通过对中国联通某市分公司综合业务楼项目决策、主要建设内容、实施进度、资金来源及到位情况、运行及效益现状等方面进行总结回顾,对前期决策、实施准备、具体实施及效果、项目管理、社会效益和可持续性进行了评价分析,总结了项目管理工作的主要经验教训,以促进项目建设顺利完成。

The project of comprehensive service building of China Communication in one city is generalized and reviewed from project decision, construction content, progress control, sources of fund, fulfilling situations, operation, benefit and other aspects. Evaluation analysis are made on prophase decision, preparation work, implementation effects, project management, social benefits and sustainable situations.
