结合实践经验,就中小型设计院的管理模式进行了探讨,指出中小型设计院需要管理体制观念、人才管理观念、管理层决策观念、管理层营销策略等几方面的创新,阐述了目前中小型设计院管理中应该注意的问题及解决办法,以强化企业素质。

Combined with practical experience,the management model of medium and small sized designing institute was discussed.It pointed out that medium and small sized designing institute need innovation in management system concept,talent management concept,management level decision making concept and management level marketing strategy.The problems need attention and resolving methods in medium and small sized designing institute management were illustrated,so as to strengthen enterprise quality.
