摘要
结合我国物业小区管理的基本情况和问题,探讨和分析了《物权法》的出台对我国物业小区管理产生的变化,根据《物权法》相关内容,结合国内外相关规定,提出了解决和完善的方法,最后探讨了《物权法》出台对我国物业管理产生的综合影响,以适应市场需求。
Combined with Chinese property management basic situation and problem,the Real Right Law unveil brought change to Chinese district property management were discussed and analyzed.According to related content of Real Right Law,combined with correlation stipulates at home and abroad,the resolving and completing method was proposed.At last,the comprehensive influences of Real Right Law unveil on Chinese property management were discussed,so as to adapt to market need.
