Taking Ning-Du road branch,the subordinate of road management bureau in Ganzhou as an example,the paper combining with the theory of scientific development,analyzes the difficulties and problems in the nowadays developmental process of road departments,and illustrates the solved problems of using the scientific development theory and concrete contents for the directive work and methods,so as to realize the all-round sustainable development of the road industry.
