针对工程建设造价控制的重要性,从决策阶段、设计阶段、施工阶段和结算阶段就如何加强工程造价管理进行了深入探讨,提出了具体的措施,从而提高工程建设的投资效益。
Aiming at importance of cost controlling of project construction,the paper discusses about how to strengthen cost management of project from decision making stage,designing statge,construction stage and settlement stage,it proposes specific measures and thus to improve investing benefits of project construction.
